Being fully awake is possible only when the inherent union of precision and vastness, of shamatha and vipashyana is realized. This community weekend, you are invited to deepen your practice and further your understanding of these foundational Buddhist teachings.
Acharya Warwick lives in Bellingham WA. A senior teacher appointed by the Sakyong, Mipham Rinpoche, she teaches extensively in the Pacific Northwest and in North America.

* It is recommended that participants have had shamatha meditation instruction & some familiarity with practice. Previous participation in Shambhala School of Buddhist Studies programs is desirable but not essential.
